Here’s the big problem with this…. most (if not all) of those sauces don’t need to be refrigerated. Move em to a cabinet or do what i do, and keep em in your car! CAR SAUCE!
I keep all my hot sauces on top of my fridge for this reason. Hot sauce was literally invented to preserve peppers, it doesn’t need refrigeration.

I have the same problem. My wife was getting pissed off that I am taking too much space from the fridge. I had to downsize my hot sauce collection. The Mrs doesn’t even cook, why does she need that much space for?
