Going to be in Lockhart in 2 weeks. Sunday. What place should we do for lunch?

I understand why they bury the brisket (so it doesn’t oxidize), but OP probably got a pound, and idiots say he got ripped off because they can’t see it.

Looks awesome, but I think that’s too much for that tray. Maybe.

Absolutely disgusting for any of you fine BBQ hipsters to say $200 this is acceptable…Paying more for some cheap pieces of smoked meat than you would for steak and lobster?? Sorry folks. Yall keep paying those stupid prices for sorry cuts of meat that have been smoked under the guise of “BBQ”. What a joke

So I had a bit of trouble seeing how that could have cost you $200, but then I saw the 4 prime rib cuts. I guess if you had a group of 5-6 people it would make sense.

I had my first Austin barbecue last spring and was shocked by how good the turkey is. 😋

I seriously doubt you just one tray for 4-5 people STOP LYING! 🤥

Ok that’s crazy I’ve been in Texas my entire 30 years and that pasta does not look appealing.
