White Rice, Eggs, Lean Ground Beef, Turkey Bacon, Mixed Veggies, Pepper Onion Blend, Oyster Sauce, Toasted Sesame Oil, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, and Crack MSG

Will sometimes have chicken and mushrooms as well.

  3. Made high protein fried rice this week for my meal prep!

    It’s so versatile, you can add any protein and if you don’t want it to be toooo carb heavy just substitute more protein (like egg, chicken, shrimp etc) or add more veggies!

    Soy sauce is very low in calories and I add oyster sauce but sparingly. Chili paste , not oil, is also very diet friendly.

    Try a larger pan or smaller batches.

    I think those quantities dont let the ingredients get seared properly.
