50 cals for 2 tbsp! I pretty much substitute everything with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese but this is a game changer. It’s like cream cheese and Greek yogurt had a baby. Just had it as a spread on a sandwich and it was awesome!

  1. I just thought about buying this today! How does it compare to cream cheese/ricotta/other low cal cheeses?

Fat free Philadelphia cream cheese has 30 calories per 2 tbsp 🤷‍♀️

I watched a Youtuber eat this just today and say it was similar to feta but creamier. I didn’t know the stats were so good!

When I lived in the Middle East I discovered this and used it as a dip for my Pringles chips. Good times. I miss labneh it’s so good.

Oh yes yes yes. An entire huge pita is only 220 calories in the type I buy. Smear labneh all over, zaatar, and cucumbers and sometimes tomato’s. So good.

It’s literally Greek yogurt that’s more sour
