If you haven’t heard of Cava just yet, you’ve been missing out. It’s the chain restaurant you’ve been waiting for and there are 60 new locations set to open this year. With some restaurants forced to shut their doors, Cava is experience exponential growth.
The casual spot features Mediterranean cuisine, which you typically see at sit-down restaurants and you order from the table, but in this case, you can conveniently step up to the counter where there is a kiosk waiting for you, similiar to the new Chick-fil-A in New York City.
Cava’s dining area is light and airy, creating a welcoming space to enjoy a quick and flavorful meal.

As of the end of 2024, Cava had 367 restaurants up and running across 26 states and Washington, DC.
And now with 60 more stores scheduled to open this year, we have a feeling you’ll be stumbling across one sooner than later.
Cava is considered an up-and-comer in the fast food landscape but it appears to be moving up the food chain ladder pretty speedily with customers talking about how much they are enjoying the dining experience in a Reddit thread.
A user asked if Cava was any good and it was a resounding yes.

One user out it best, simply saying: “Cava is legit.” And then there were others who provided a little more detail about the food itself. A second explained what to expect: “Been there twice, really enjoyed it. Their pita chips are insanely good.”
A third user went the extra mile, providing a play-by-play of their favorite food items: “CAVA is one of my favorites. Their garlic sauce is incredible, and their veggies (particularly the tomatoes) tend to be ripe and fresh.
The user added: “100% recommend if you like Mediterranean food.”
Cava CFO Tricia Tolivar spoke to Forbes magazine about the successes they have been experiencing with growth.
Tolivar said: “At Cava, we’e been able to deliver some of the strongest traffic growths of anyone in the public environment. She added: “We believe that’s because of our strong value proposition with our guests, where quality, relevance, convenience and experience are incredibly important.”
“The quality of food that we offer, where taste and health unite, the relevance of the Mediterranean diet, as well as the convenience of the brand.”
