Idk man soil looks kinda dry. You bottom watering? How often? You know, superhot pepper seeds take longer to germ than others, up to 4 weeks!

Joking of course, but I feel the struggle.

5-6 days currently. I seed the tray, then fill the half tray underneath it with water, add dome, set on heat mat with thermostat on 87.

Likely overwatering and they rotted in the soil if they aren’t up after a couple weeks.

When I first saw this image, I was like, “WTF is up with the mattress, and about germinating?”

Coffee filters, sandwich bags, and a warm dark cabinet did the trick in bout 2 weeks – but idk what I’m doin.

Edit: forgot to mention a light spritz to keep um slightly moist every other day.
