This is my first time making turkey patties for breakfast sandwiches, and they’re really good. Made two versions one with regular eggs, and some with just egg whites for variety throughout the week. The egg white sandwich has about 280 calories 30g of protein and 8 grams of fiber. The regular egg breakfast sandwich is about 320 calories 30g of protein and 8 grams of fiber. And I love to store them this way in the freezer they save tons of space since I can stack them on top of each other.
