Laham Majboos is a very famous flavorful rice recipe of Arabic country, which is made with meat and chicken, how do we make it, what do we use in it, I am going to show you the whole thing, so stay tuned till the end of the video. Let’s start this video To make majboos here we first take some ingredients which we will use to make majboos Onion, dry lemon, fresh coriander, green chilli, cashew nuts, ghee, fresh lemon, ginger garlic paste, along with that we take some whole garam masala and sliced ​​tomato. We have taken tomato paste, we have received a lot of comments. Brother, tomato paste is not available in India, so it is available, you will have to purchase it online, I will give you its link in the description box, you can go there and purchase it, along with it, we have taken some spices along with it, we have taken vegetable rice along with it, we have taken laham, which we have cleaned well, now we first of all make the laham to make majboos, for that we have taken here pressure cooker we have taken a pressure cooker. In the pressure cooker, we have to add three tablespoons of ghee. After heating the ghee a little, we add some whole garam masala in it. We have taken cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, black pepper star anise. Now after adding this, we have to sautΓ© it for a minute. After it saute for a minute, we add three pieces of onion i.e. sliced ​​onion. If you want, you can also add chopped onion. Now we have to fry it well for at least 10 minutes. We have to fry it well till the onion turns brown. When your onion is fried well in this manner, after that we will add ginger garlic paste to it. So we have added three tablespoons of ginger garlic paste here. After adding ginger garlic paste, we will fry it well for 10 minutes so that the smell of ginger garlic paste goes away. We add the spices in which we have added, first of all we add salt as per the test, along with that we add 1 tsp turmeric powder, here we add 2 tsp cumin powder, along with this we add 2 tsp coriander powder, along with this we add 1 tsp paprika powder, along with we add 3 tsp Arabic masala powder, you will find its link in the description box. You can check from there how we make Arabic masala powder and we will also add a little black pepper powder. Now first we mix all these spices well, then after mixing the spices, we have to add some water in it so that the spices do not burn, hence after adding water, we have to fry the spices well for 10 minutes so that the rawness of the spices goes away After frying well for 10 minutes, now we add it. Here we have taken 1 kg of laham we have cut it in medium size. If you want , you can cut it in a smaller size or if you want, you can cut it in a bigger size. Along with that, we will add two pieces of tomato sliced ​​and along with it, we will add one tablespoon tomato paste so that its color remains good. Now we have to mix it well and fry it for 10 minutes so that the smell of laham goes away. after frying the mutton well for 10 minutes, now we will add water to boil it, so we have to add 500 ml water here, after adding 500 ml water, now we will arrange it well. After arranging it well in this manner, now we have to boil it by applying pressure, for that we have covered the pressure cooker here, now we have to put it on medium flame. First of all , you have to turn on the flame, later when it starts whistling, after that you have to slow down the flame, slow down and leave it to boil. While it is boiling, we get the rice soaked, for that we have taken a bowl here, we have to add 650 grams of Basmati rice in it, you can use any Basmati rice, I have added XXXL Golden Basmati rice here, now add water in it. After doing this, we will clean it thoroughly three to four times. After adding fresh water, we have to leave it soaked for at least half an hour so that when I make rice, our rice will be ready very soft. Now that half an hour has passed, I open the pressure cooker and see how our Laham is soft. so see that our Laham has become very soft. Now we have to transfer it to the pot in which you have to make rice. Transfer your meat to that pot . If you take it, then I will transfer my laham in one of my pots. Now we have to add water to it. We have to add one bowl of water from the same bowl as we had taken rice. Now we will add some vegetables to it. Along with that, we will also add dry lemon. Along with that, we will add green chillies to make it a little spicy. You can add green chillies according to your taste. We will also add some coriander chopped, now we will mix it well. Let’s mix it. After mixing it, we have to cover it and leave it till it comes to a boil. We will cover it and cook it as if it is about to boil. We open it, so see how wonderful it is. It has boiled. Now we will cook the rice in it, so for cooking rice, we add the rice here which we had kept soaked. To cook our rice, look at the rice here, I have added it properly, now we have to cook it. We have to cook this rice until the rice gets cooked and rises to the top and the stock water in it gets cooked and goes down. Till then we have to cook the rice well in medium flame. So see this, our rice has cooked and has risen to the top and the stock water in it has gone down. Now we add one piece lemon juice in it so that its taste becomes even better. Now we will arrange it well first. After arranging. We cover it with aluminum foil. After covering it with aluminum foil first, we put the cover and leave it to simmer for half an hour on slow flame so that the rice will become nice and soft. Now when half an hour is done, after that we check. See, half an hour is done. So now I check it. How is our rice prepared? So see Mashaallah, how nice our rice is smelling. So now. We serve it in our plate. You can serve it in whatever plate you want. I serve it in a big plate After serving, you can add any garnishing as per your requirement. Here I have added a little green chilli, a little coriander, a little lemon. Here we have also added a little fried cashew nuts.
