Jose gourmet smoked smalls in evoo.

Cracked the tin and it smelled deliciously Smokey. As you can see by the color they’re golden smoked delicious.

6 “small”sardines. I guess if you’re used to 3-4 in a tin 6 technically makes them smaller but I was expecting a couple more. That’s my only real criticism.

Flavor was great. You got the awesome smoke flavor with the flavor of a top quality deen. It was just what I was craving. Texture was a little firmer due to the smoke. Everyone stayed perfectly intact as I removed them from the tin using chopsticks. Am definitely going to get again as it was straight up Goldilocks, juuuust right.

Thanks as always to Dan at RTG.fish otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to have this experience. Upstate capital district sucks for selection. Closest world market is in Connecticut two states away.

    Oh yeah had them right out the tin. Put some Tapatio on about half of them to get some zing with the smoke.
