i like putting them in the air fryer and making them “chips” or “croutons”. they get really crispy and taste so good

Love chickpeas! Have you tried saving the water they come in (aquafaba)? It can be used for low calorie recipes.

That looks like at least a cup of chickpeas. I’m not good at converting ml. But everything I’m seeing online says that that would have anywhere from 250 to 750 calories by itself! (And on that note, it shouldn’t be that hard for the internet to come to a consensus. I’ve tried looking up calories in, say, rotisserie chicken, and I also get a variance of up to like 150-600 calories which is so silly)
