Cut out carbs, sugar, booze. Grill nearly every day. Doctor isn’t too happy with my current diet but my lab results are all great so she can’t harp too much π€·ββοΈ

Good on you. It’s crazy how trained we are to want to wrap all protein in carbs. Getting used to eating it without bread, tortilla, etc probably takes awhile.

Believe it or not, I eat according to my blood type, which is AB +, and that basically led me to have a diet based on healthy fats (olive/avocado oil, fruits and vegetables and minimizing dairy and meat products.
Basically, Iβm wired to be a vegetarian, according to my blood type.
Iβll still eat a steak and burger here and there, but I will admit I find a salad much more flavorful and satisfying than a burger.
