    Cut out carbs, sugar, booze. Grill nearly every day. Doctor isn’t too happy with my current diet but my lab results are all great so she can’t harp too much πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

    Had a friend who did something similar, with similar results. 2x patties, 3x day and unsweetened tea.

    It really is all the carbs from the bread and condiments.

  19. Good on you. It’s crazy how trained we are to want to wrap all protein in carbs. Getting used to eating it without bread, tortilla, etc probably takes awhile.

    Don’t let others try to tell you otherwise, our bodies are different and therefore react to differently to diets.

    Believe it or not, I eat according to my blood type, which is AB +, and that basically led me to have a diet based on healthy fats (olive/avocado oil, fruits and vegetables and minimizing dairy and meat products.

    Basically, I’m wired to be a vegetarian, according to my blood type.

    I’ll still eat a steak and burger here and there, but I will admit I find a salad much more flavorful and satisfying than a burger.

    I went from 193 to 135 5’5 male eating whatever I wanted. I just ate 1 meal a day along with some basic cardio. All about them calories
