I’m a huge sushi guy and for some reason this specifically is the nastiest type of sushi I’ve ever had. Had it from two different spots too, the flavour lingered for the entirety of each meal.

There are several different type of squid and that one looks like a cuttle fish.
If you have any chance to try bigfin reef squid, then try it no matter how much it costs. That one is top-tier squid for sashimi and sushi.
