You know what’s crazy – I had an orange sauce from a little Mexican place a couple weeks ago that is hotter than any habanero sauce I’ve ever had. And apparently those are made with arbol chiles, which aren’t supposed to be super hot. Dunno wtf they did but it was like napalm.

Belizean Heat and Nopal are part of my desk sauces (QM and a revolving one, El Yucateco XXXtra).
Just found the sweet habanero, it’s good but very specific taste. How’s the garlic pepper? Haven’t seen one around here.

This may sound so weird but I put the habanero one on chicken fried rice with yum yum sauce, and I have no idea why. But that shit tasted like the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had
