
I’ve been working at this for a very long time. I made my starter, Doofy, in 2023. I’ve tried all the flours, all the different ratios and all the different methods and I’ve finally done my best loaf yet. Look at that ear 😭 Don’t get me wrong I’ve made some yummy ones before but this will go in my book as my best loaf yet!
