    The 2 banchans, especially the radish cubes are critical.

    Looks great! I’m tempted because I love fried chicken and I just got that cookbook, but I’m always toooo lazy to deal with frying oil. :/

    I highly recommend her tofu jorim (spicy braised tofu) too!

    I also always go for Fried-ban and Yangnyum-ban.
