    Good fab job on the rotisserie. Galvanized is very good in high temps.

    You have to wait for the blue smoke to clear. Look for the thin white stuff. It’s gonna be bitter.

    Are you using tires? I would soak them in water overnight so you get good smoke.

    What type of garbage are you using? Could really affect the smoke flavour
