The 2025 debut of the PRESTIGE Gourmet Awards marks a significant moment in Indonesia’s culinary landscape – and a momentous milestone for Prestige Indonesia. We called upon a judging panel of nearly 30 esteemed individuals from multiple industries, each recognised for their refined palates and deep appreciation of the dining arts. Every judge submitted a personal top ten list based on elevated standards of culinary excellence, culminating in a final tally that determined the Top 30.

This objective and transparent curation process reflects a thoughtful consensus from insiders, chefs, and gastronomy enthusiasts alike. It also expresses our appreciation for those working tirelessly to elevate the culinary realm. These establishments deserve genuine recognition from discerning diners – not merely likes, impressions, or other subjective measures.

The honoured 30 restaurants are grouped into three tiers – Gold, Silver, and Bronze – with each category comprising ten establishments that exemplify excellence in distinct ways. Within each tier, the entries are listed alphabetically – not ranked – to recognise the diversity of strengths and styles across the field. We are proud to present the 30 names setting new benchmarks in Indonesian dining – and defining taste for the years to come.
