Its normal and just from where the two sirloin tip steaks were touching the lack of oxygen causes the discoloration.

Visually it just looks like oxidation (air exposure), give it a smell, if it doesn’t smell like meat it’s probably rancid, but if it doesn’t have a funk your 100% ok to just eat it
