Parents had a cow butchered and have me ribs cut labeled as a brisket. Any help in identifying it would be appreciated! Point or flat?

Well the ribs are attached to the lower chest which is where a brisket is cut from. Looks like an untrimmed cut! Yummy

  2. It is ribs or the breastbone? Could be the whole brisket.

Brisket point, mostly. That fat, the blocks of fat on the sides, that’s called the deckle. It separates the point from the flat.
