I’ve been working my way through the book in order, and this was unexpectedly one of my favorites so far. I got pre-cut Mahi Mahi bites from Wild Fork for 7 bucks which I thought was a great value, and they were cut to pretty perfect size. The sauce has a nice garlic-wine flavor. Recommend for a nice, weeknight-friendly dish.
