Looks really good!! I wish I had family that would eat these, I’ve avoided buying a pan or machine for them because I can’t eat more than 6 at a time myself lol

I need this in my life. I would experiment with putting different stuff inside. Ebiyaki of course. But maybe shakeyaki? Gyuyaki? Unagiyaki?
