Let’s feed my sourdough starter. I know a lot of people are intimidated by sourdough, but it’s a lot easier than it seems. Here’s how I feed mine. You can see that in the bottom there’s only about a tablespoon of starter. I added 1/3 cup of flour, just organic allpurpose, or you can use wheat, and then 1/4 cup of water. I like to use a little bit less water than flour because it keeps my starter nice and thick, which makes it super bubbly. Then I track my rise with a rubber band.
