Fingerling potatoes for 90 minutes at 190 and steak at 135 for 90 minutes. It was good but not blown away, I think I like the sous vide for 24-48 cooks. Will try again though.

    Also I was in a rush and didn’t let it rest for long enough but I think I would have been better off if I did a longer cook to help render down some fat.

    How did you season your steak? Garlic powder makes a big difference ( for me anyways lol )
