As much as I love charcoal, just didn’t have time today for it today.

Fired up the gas grill for some quick tuna medallions and a couple fat ribeyes.

    You should look into using a QwikChar tray. They work for a flavorizer bar and you can use charcoal in them

    We’ve had our propane grill for about a year now, and we love it. When we have some extra time we love to put on the griddle top and do a whole meal. When we’re short on time it’s hot in minutes and ready to go, super convenient. We didn’t stop using our kettle at all, but we went from grilling once a week to more like 3 times weekly.
