Mediterranean hotspot Bibi’s has opened a new site on Cullum Street, adding to its six existing locations across London well known for serving fresh, vibrant salads and nutritious lunches. Popular with office workers, hungry tourists, or peckish passers-by looking for fast, tasty food that doesn’t compromise on quality, the new eatery is designed for both grab-and-go convenience and sit-down breaks that satisfy with freshness and bold flavours.

Bibi’s has grown into a lunchtime favourite due to its colourful, homemade dishes rooted in authentic Mediterranean flavours. Customers can mix and match from a base of six salads, creating healthy bowls such as spiced bulgur with cucumber, glazed carrots with thyme, and turmeric chickpeas with rocket, which can then be customised with optional extras like grilled halloumi or falafel.

There are also hot mains to choose from, including honey-cajun chicken or coconut curry, which are served with a choice of salad sides. There are seasonal menus, a wide range of dressings ranging from dill yoghurt to honey mustard, and nutritious toppings such as sunflower seeds to allow for endless combinations, and variety and unique creations each day.

Founded in 2018 by Turkish-born chef Bilur Yapici (Bibi) and her partner Tansel, the concept was created to bring accessible, nourishing food to busy professionals. Inspired by her heritage and a lack of fresh, flavourful lunch options, Bibi’s approach combines home-cooked quality with everyday practicality. The pair moved to London in 2016 and quickly saw an opportunity to fill a gap in the city’s food scene – much to the delight of Londoners seeking healthy alternatives to fast food lunches.

Bibi’s at Cullum Street will be offering more than just quick lunches. The site also offers catering for local offices, with freshly prepared lunch boxes and buffet spreads ideal for meetings and events, to upgrade from the batch-produced sandwiches and prepackaged meals usually supplied for such occasions. Through its grab-and-go option, its dine-in availability, and fresh corporate offering, Bibi’s is bringing a bold new rhythm to the City’s lunchtime scene.

The new Bibi’s is now open at 16 Cullum Street, EC3M 7JJ, serving up fresh, wholesome lunches from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays.
