I’m jumping right into it. How much fat should one use? 30%+?

Funky chicken in Nacka Stockholm makes a damn near perfect burger. ⬆️

It’s like eating a freshly baked cinnamon bun.

There is no such thing as the ‘best’ burger. There is only the ‘best’ burger for you. Everyone has different tastes. To me a burger that tasted like a cinnamon bun is not appealing.

I’m seeing crispy edges and sides on a fat burger. Explain yourself, wizard.

You’re too biased to assess the flavor, probably – fortunately, I am here for you. I will help you taste these.

Is this home made? If so, it’s absolutely incredible

Even without tasting, I’d say it’s at least a contender

You/they lost hard when you put ketchup and relish on it

I worked at a DDD burger place. One secret is mixing bacon grease and butter and we rolled it into the bun, put it on the grill for 30 seconds and it was magical.

Looks incredible, did you deep fry the patties? They look so crispy yet so thick

    3 Best burgers I’ve ever had :

    1) Mac & Cheese burger or special secret menu item burger. One from hooters other from ironwood tavern.

    2) Jack Daniel’s Whiskey Burger from Hardee’s/Carl Jr’s.

    3) Homemade, my last was double smash Creole burger.

I think 25% is the sweet spot. Heavily salted and given a little time to soak up the salt before cooking. Highest possible heat to get as good a char as possible without drying out. But it’s subjective, this is just my preference.
