hi all! i recently started tracking my calories again and i have always used LoseIt, now I know a couple people who lose MFP, I was thinking of switching so I decided to compare the two apps.
everything logged is exactly the same on both apps.

LoseIt, the first two photos, is saying I burned my exercise calories, plus additional.

MFP is only showing my exercise calories burned, nothing extra.

which one is more accurate? i know they are all an estimate in some sort of way, im just trying to find an app with the best accuracy.

TIA🤍

aside from what everyone has said, i dont eat back calories because they’re probably so inaccurate (my watch is different to my apps)

Seems like 1200 is a poor fit for you because you are 181 lbs and not sedentary. I would eat 1500 at minimum and then add back 50% of my estimated burned calories for a few weeks and see how much I lose from there if I were you.

Might not want to be what you want to hear. Find and follow advice from a mental health therapist. That level of consumption is ED territory.

169 net calories is legit scary and this screams unhealthy relationship with food and exercise
