Hey!! I was thinking of getting the Ooni. How do you like this one instead?

i find Neapolitan pizzas requiring the least amount of effort of all yeasted things. ive made pizza 3x this week bc its so easy. getting used to the oven, however…..that is the tough part. it always takes us a few tries to get back into the swing of things after a season off.
edit: downvotes for…??? you roughly mix the poolish dough and leave it overnight, dividing and shaping the next day. legitimately the easiest thing to do and it shouldnt intimidate others. it isnt some dig at OP.

Flour water salt yeast… sounds like bread to me.
It’s definitely bread. Pizza is a flatbread, but nonetheless bread.
That pizza turns out amazing! How long did you proof the dough?
