    Since the sear and crust and color look awesome on that steak, I’ll be nit picky and say the only thing I’d do differently is move it to a new, clean plate after resting it. Otherwise, I’d smash the hell out of that steak

    Looks great, definitely would eat. I wish you had pictures of both the fillet and strip side of this steak. The different muscle groups can cook at different rates. I don’t usually bother with T-Bones or Porterhouses and just cook each separate steak the way I like it. Bone-in is only for ribeyes in my house with my less professional experience.

    Idk looks pretty good to me, I’d definitely eat it. I’m kind of a believer that a good steak needs 3 seasonings imo. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder. However, I do enjoy some horseradish on the side, from time to time. Give that a try!
