P0 smoke setting had the grill sitting around 185° for 12 hours and got the temp up to 157°. Had to move the timeline up a bit so I cranked the heat to 250° for the last 5-6 hours until I hit 190° internal. Meat thermometer went in like butter in most places so I pulled a little early. Absolutely awesome flavor, just regret pulling a little early, but I had to pay the labor for their help with the yard!
