I could probably eat this everyday 🙂 I’m not the best roller, but this is proof anyone can make it.

Calories ~380 for 2 Rolls & Sauce

Ingredients

Rolls (2 per Serving):
50g Iceberg Lettuce
17g Rice Paper (2 Sheets)
1 Chicken Breast – Cooked (~200g Raw)
10 Mint Leaves
Peanut Sauce

Peanut Sauce (3 Servings for 6 Rolls):
3tbsp PB2 Powder
3tbsp Hoisin Sauce
3tsp Lime Juice
70ml Low-Fat Milk
1/4tsp Garlic Powder
1/2tsp Sambal (less if you don’t like spicy food)

I like to add the sauce to the rolls before rolling and have some extra to spoon in as I eat them.
