Breakfast : coffee (sugar + oat milk) + bran flakes + oat milk blended with half a banana
Lunch : grated carrots + chickpeas + tofu marinated in pickle juice + salad topper (cranberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds) + Stubb’s seasoning + drizzle of rice vinegar
Afternoon snack : 2 white bean and chocolate chips cookies
Dinner : lentil « meatloaf » + garlicky mashed brocoli/green peas + air-fryed sweet potatoes + oat yogurt mixed with curry (non pictured)
