The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill opens its first Wisconsin location.The new restaurant near Springdale Road and Moreland Boulevard Waukesha features authentic Greek family recipes.The menu includes The Great Greek Gyro, souvlaki plates and rice bowls that can be customized with protein choices like lamb, steak, chicken, shrimp and more.There are also fresh Greek salads and four signature house-made dips, including hummus, tzatziki, Melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) and tirokafteri (spicy roasted red pepper).
