Picked a shit day over the weekend for my first smoke of the year. 52 degrees and raining. Fun.

4 bone short rib, smoked @ 250 for 14 hrs with oak & cherry, spritzed with Frostop Red Birch Beer mixed with ACV. Super tender and juicy despite the photo looking somewhat dry. Couple of homemade sauces to go with and smoked baked beans. Haven’t figured out what to call those yet..

    Damn, that sounds like a killer cook even with the terrible weather! How’d you like the birch beer spritz? Notice much of a difference vs the usual ACV or apple juice routine?
