INGREDIENTS:
– 1/3 cup basmati rice
– 1 liter milk
– 2 cardamom pods
– 4-5 fresh rose petals
– 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
– 1 tbsp cashews, chopped
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 cup rose syrup
– 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Soak and grind rice
2. Simmer with milk
3. Add rose petals
4. Mix in nuts and sweeteners
5. Cook until thickened
