Well this is my first attempt at this. I marinated them in dry rub lemon pepper, corn starch, and granulated garlic. Then added a little Kroger wing sauce. Air fried them. I didn’t add sauce after. Very crispy. Definitely make changes next batch.

a nice dipping glaze really enhances the taste, moisture and appeal! Crispy also rules though

French cut is what you’re looking to do here, not that. Also waste of time unless you’re in a situation where presentation counts.
