    Beef Rib’s

We love those in the carne asada, most of times they are like the entry plate / appetizer

Oh yeah! Marinate then grill hot & fast. Go Hawaiian or Korean inspired, with some nice rice & Mac salad.

Tablitas for Mexican style. Don’t use a recipe that has achote. I use chili powders, salt, pepper marinade. Grill hot and fast.

They cook so fast which is awesome. They are pretty expensive where im from. Thats not too bad of a price. Where I used to work we marinated them in maui sauce and they sold like crazy.

  5. That looks like 51st state meat right there…my favorite kind lol

I tried short ribs Saturday and they were way too fatty. I prefer lean cuts.

Yes I pick up a 5-6lb from Sam’s quite often for Korean BBQ. Marinade in soy sauce, apple juice, grated Asian pear, hoisin sauce, black pepper and raw sugar for 8-12 hours then grill 90 seconds per side over screaming hot charcoal

    Haven’t had a cut of beef I didn’t like

Flanken cut ribs. My wife loves these gonna make some for mothers day. All you need is some salt, pepper and a hot grill and you got delicious food.

Save on? Is that a division of Save-A-Lot here in the states. Of course, nothing beats one of the early episodes of the Simpsons where the grocery store was called Try And Save.

These are phenomenal for grilling, highly underrated IMO

  12. They’re very popular here, South Texas. Great when grilled!!

  13. lyinggrump

Nope, nobody wants them. That’s why they’re so expensive, because they’re so unpopular.

Those go for 9.84 USD / lb in Colorado that’s a great price especially if that’s Canadians dollars

  15. Cheaper than here in ontario. Those are B.C. short ribs.

Short ribs… I usually braise them for a couple hours in wine, herbs, onion, garlic, broth, whatever recipie you want. When done they should just melt. Also. Don’t waste the liquid you have left. Strain it and make a delicious gravy with it… trust me on that one.

Yes. Korean Galbi style. Do a teriyaki or Korean bbq marinade and grill them. Delicious.
