Can someone please explain the difference between these?

I'm looking to get a Nespresso machine (I'm in the UK), and came across this one. Not gonna lie, I like it because of the colour.

I don't understand the difference in price for what seems to be the same machine. The only obvious difference I can see is that one has 'Magimix' printed on the front – what does this mean?? Are there any other significant differences between the two that would affect your decision to purchase?
