Hey guys! I'm making some regular sugar cookies (they're more shortbread type) and before I started I measured out my flour because I knew I was cutting it close (didn't want to start if I needed to get more, obviously)… My dough is not fully clumping around my paddle attachment like it normally does… I've made this recipe a million times and this has never happened. I added the tiny bit of flour I had left, because it's pretty humid today, but it's not clumping. Any suggestions to help? 😅

I would wrap it and refrigerate it. Give some time for the butter to harden and the flour to absorb some of the moisture.
