

I am absolutely in love with the way this loaf turned out!
I covered the top with flour then dabbed water wherever I wanted to add oats. I used tweezers to place them and pressed gently to help them stay. The poppy seeds I dabbed on then removed excess that snuck off with a toothpick. During the bake I lost some oats and poppy seeds. For a beginner, I’m thrilled with the result!
I use the Clever Carrots recipe and follow it exactly. I also preheat my Dutch oven.
