There is some big news for a few Capital Region restaurants.
First, the Albany Business Review reports there’s new ownership at City Line Bar and Grill in Albany. And, several years after it was first proposed, the plan for a new Chick-Fil-A in Latham has finally been approved. And finally, Albany is getting its first Shake Shack. The popular burger chain will find its home in Stuyvesant Plaza – in part of the former TGI Fridays.

A new spot for tea is now open on Wolf Road in Colonie.

The Prince Tea House held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday.

This is owner Briana Lin’s eighth venture in our area.

Her other restaurants include Kobe Hibachi, Azuma Sushi, and Yang’s Asian Bistro.

Prince Tea House at 8 Wolf Road is bringing its fusion of French-inspired desserts and traditional Asian tea culture to Colonie.

The restaurant is not only soon to be known for its teas, but also its artisanal desserts, savory bites, including Korean-style wings and sliders, and an extensive selection of bubble teas and floral-infused brews.
