   I’m absolutely terribly sorry for what I am about to say if you happen to enjoy this. This is literally the worst (I don’t even want to say it)….hot sauce…. I’ve ever tried.

   Not really hot. Not sure I’d classify that as a hot sauce. Decent flavor though.

   Fuck the r/hotsauce community that spends $15 a bottle on hot sauce that doesn’t go through the quality checks and aging process Tabasco does but still talks shit about Tabasco.

   It tastes exactly like A1 to me so I didn’t hate it but it had exactly zero heat. That is, until I put Carolina Reaper mash into it and then I was a fan. Spice that baby up!

    Heinz 57ish. Very ginger forward. Is good on grilled chicken. More of a ateak sauce than hot sauce.
