This is attempt #6 and my most successful loaf to date!

I used this sourdough recipe from Grant bakes (https://grantbakes.com/wp-json/mv-create/v1/creations/10/print)

Fed starter 1:1:1 in the morning and used it 4 hours later when it tripled -> mix and let it rest 30 minutes -> 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 minutes apart -> bulk ferment for 5.5 hours in 75F (doubled since doing the last stretch and folds) -> preshape and rest uncovered 30 minutes -> shape and into the fridge -> bake 14 hours later 450F 20 minutes with lid on and 15 minutes without

I think I’ll start experiment with inclusions next with this recipe 🙂
