Decided to try and make some kimbap with what I had on hand 🙂 At least taste wise it was good

    Very nice preparation! I’d definitely eat it.

    Ingredients are a bit confused, though. The ginger, wasabi and raw tuna are more fitting of futomaki.

    There is no one way to make kimbap. You put in what you like and eat it with the sauce you like. The traditional was made when Korea was relatively poor. Today, anything and everything can be rolled in a kimbop.
