Sous Vide at 132f for 3 hours, served on rice with Japanese curry. Bonus Maple Bacon Rib not Sous Vide but still stupid good.

    Yum! My local curry place use to serve NY strip curry before covid killed them. I’d add some thinly sliced fried garlic on top of the steak 😋
