Today I’m going to show you how to make a hummus that is so simple and delicious that after you make it, you’ll wonder why you even bought storebought hummus. Two cloves of garlic roasted. 3 tablebsp of olive oil. 2 tbsps of lemon juice. 1 teaspoon of salt. The juice from the chickpeas to make your hummus thinner. Put all the ingredients into the food processor except for the juice from the chickpeas. It’s too thick. So, I’m going to add the chickpea juice to get it to the right consistency.
