OK guys, i’ve been buying these sesame pancakes from a korean market and i really like them. HOWEVER, i’ve looked at their nutrition facts for several of their flavors, including red bean, yam, leek, and sesame. all of the yam, leek and sesame flavors are 120-140 calories per serving (1 pancake), but the red bean pancake is 400 calories per pancake. this makes absolutely 0 sense to me because the sweet potato and red bean filling would be pretty similar calorically, so there’s no way there’s a 270 calorie difference between the two ☠️

at first, i was like oh wow! only 130 calories? i must be overshooting my calorie counts then when i eat bread similar in size! BUT i asked ai today and they told me it’s virtually impossible so i think these nutrition info labels are wrong. can someone confirm please 😭 this is wayy too good to be true
