I love hot dogs while losing. Hebrew National 97% Lean Beef dogs are 45cal per, and Hormel’s “Turkey No Beans” chili is super low in the quantities you’d put on a hotdog as well. Mustard, onion, and dill relish are next to nothing. You’re basically just going high with your buns, which they do make low calorie versions of like yours. If I can’t find them, I do one in-bun and 2 loaded bunless.
Yum yum yum.
