Quite possibly my favorite cake because is delicious, easy, homey, and it was one of the first cakes I ever baked back in the 60s 🍰
Made vegan by using a vegan cake mix and silken tofu instead of eggs. 1/4 C = 1 egg. Where I live, most Duncan Hines cake mixes are vegan, but read ingredients. Prepare and bake following the instructions printed in the box.👩🏻🍳

That looks sssssooooo good and I’m very intrigued at the notion of silken tofu for egg! Gonna have to give it a whirl ASAP if those are the results.
