2 cups diced cucumbers
4 Roma tomatoes diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 bell pepper sliced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 tbs white vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
In a large bowl combine tomato cucumber olives onions and bell pepper and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and pepper. Prior to serving sprinkle feta cheese and dressing Toss and enjoy!

A Greek salad is the best salad. Start by adding some sliced romaine to a bowl with some diced tomato, diced cucumber, bell pepper, diced red onion, calamata olives, and feta cheese. Make the dressing by combining some lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, and seasoning. Whisk that together. Then pour it over the salad. Toss well and enjoy.
